Privacy
This site collects what you type into the contact form — and, if we sent you a personal link, the short code that link carries. Everything below says who receives it, why, and how to get it back or deleted.
We sell systems whose whole point is that the operator stays in authority over their own data. It would be incoherent to run this website any other way. So this notice is short, and it is specific enough that you can verify every claim in it from your browser's developer tools.

What the contact form collects
Four fields from you:
Name — required
So we know who we are replying to.
Email — required
So we can reply. It is the only way we have to reach you.
Organisation — optional
Leave it blank if you prefer. Nothing depends on it.
Message — required
Whatever you choose to write. Please do not put classified, personal, or operationally sensitive material in a web form — ours or anyone's. If the subject needs that, say so in one line and we will arrange a channel that suits it.
Three other values travel with the submission, and none of them say anything about you. One is a fixed subject label so the email is recognisable in an inbox. One is an empty spam trap — automated submitters fill it in, people never see it. And if you arrived here from a link we sent you personally, that link carries a short code, a few characters after ?s= in the address bar, which is submitted alongside your message so we can connect your reply to the conversation that prompted it. It identifies the link, not you, and it is simply absent unless we sent you one.
We use it to read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not send marketing you did not ask for, and we do not sell, rent, or share this information with anyone for their own purposes.
Who else handles it
Two companies, both named here so you can assess them yourself:
Formspree — United States
The contact form posts to Formspree, which forwards the submission to us by email. Your submission is therefore transmitted to and processed in the United States, and while it is there it is subject to United States law, including lawful access by United States authorities. This is the one cross-border transfer this website makes.
Vercel — hosting, served from Frankfurt
The site is hosted on Vercel and served from its Frankfurt edge location. As with any web host, Vercel handles the network request — including your IP address — in order to deliver the page to you.
What this site does not do
Each of these is verifiable from your browser's network and storage inspector, which is why we are willing to state them:
No cookies, no local storage
The site sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's storage. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
No analytics, no trackers, no advertising
No analytics product of any kind. No tag manager, no pixels, no session recording, no visitor-identification or IP-lookup service, no advertising network.
No third-party fonts or CDNs
Typefaces, images and stylesheets are served from this domain. Loading a font from a third party would disclose your IP address to that third party on every page you open, so we do not.
No profiling, no automated decisions
Nobody is scored, segmented, or sorted here. A person reads your message.
Outside the contact form, you can read this entire website without sending us anything that identifies you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and then for up to two years afterwards so we recognise you if you come back. After that we delete them. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Whatever jurisdiction you are in, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or tell you who we have shared it with. Write to contact@nilestack.ai and we will answer within 30 days. There is no charge.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, or to the data protection authority in your own country.

If this notice changes materially we will say so here, with the date. Last updated 1 September 2026.
